Our team will walk through a multi-disciplinary approach to continuous improvement in Total Cost of Casualty Risk including a focus on Casualty Laser diagnostics, claims process improvements, broking analytics, collateral strategies, and actuarial analysis of impact to the organization. In addition, Peter Rosiere, Vice President of Risk Management at Sodexo, a global leader in Quality of Life Services including foodservice and facilities management as well as other services, will outline communications strategies to senior management and organizational stakeholders on value creation powered by data and analytics as utilized by the Risk Management team.

Leveraging Data Not Measured by your Claims Service Provider – Aon’s Proprietary Claim Analytics & Insights: Legacy claims can place enormous budgetary strain on your organization’s casualty program. This session will explore how advanced analytics can help organizations both minimize and close open WC claims, keeping the balance sheet lean. We will also explore an innovative claims management process that identifies which claims should be prioritized to improve closure ratios, reduce open claim inventories, reduce outstanding reserve liabilities and optimize internal and external resource allocation.
